Liverpool are already preparing for the January transfer window.
It appears Liverpool are looking to prepare their first signing for the start of the January transfer window.
The Reds have been linked with several names since the end of the summer and this player has long been an interesting figure for Jurgen Klopp.
Despite renovating the engine room being the sole focus of the summer, Liverpool continue to search for another midfielder as they look to add more options to the number 6 position.
André Trindade has been a name on Anfield’s radar for some time, but with the summer transfer failure, he is now the main name linked with a move to Merseyside in January. Sign up to our Liverpool FC newsletter

Fluminense have made it clear that they will not part ways with Andre until January at the earliest, as they need all hands on deck to challenge for the Copa Libertadores title this weekend.
According to sports journalist François Plateau, it is “confirmed” that the Brazilian “has verbally reached personal agreements with Liverpool”, as there is strong interest in his signing in the new year.
However, no official contract has been signed yet and several other clubs are also interested in Andre.
One of Liverpool’s main rivals for the midfielder’s signature is Arsenal, who are monitoring the situation with “a handful of Spanish and Italian clubs”.
All teams interested in Andre have received the same information: transfer offers will only be considered by Fluminense after the Copa Libertadores final. Learn more
