In the summer, the San Siro team managed to sign a new contract with the Seleccao attacking midfielder and would reportedly ask for a fee of around 150 million euros to fire him.
Leao was a key member of Stefan Pioli’s team that won the scudetto in 2021-22 and was named Serie A Player of the Year.
Furthermore, last season he directly contributed to 31 goals in all competitions (16 goals and 15 assists).
As for the current season, the 21-man international has already scored two goals and provided as many assists in five appearances for Milan.
The versatile attacker is left-footed and can play on both flanks, but excels above all on the left flank.
