The Premier League announces changes to November fixtures, with Man City v Chelsea postponed due to TV coverage and Liverpool and Brighton matches postponed due to European competition.

Several Premier League matches in November were changed due to television coverage and European competition.

The division confirmed the news on Friday with several changes for the penultimate month of the year as the season draws to a close.

The postponed matches include Newcastle v Arsenal and Tottenham v Chelsea on the opening weekend of the month.

Some matches have been moved to hours rather than days due to televised selection, while moves for European involvement revolve around Brighton’s first season in European football, as well as commitments fro Liverpool and D ‘Aston Villa.

Perhaps the most important match to be postponed is champions Manchester City’s trip to Stamford Bridge against Chelsea, which will now take place at 4:30 p.m. on November 12 instead of 3 p.m. on November 11.

CHANGES TO THE PREMIER LEAGUE SCHEDULE

Fulham-Manchester United – Saturday 4 November, 12.30pm

Newcastle-Arsenal – Saturday 4 November, 5.30pm

Nottingham Forest v Aston Villa – Sunday 5 November, 2pm

Luton-Liverpool – Sunday 5 November, 4.30pm

Tottenham-Chelsea – Monday 6 November, 8pm

Wolves vs Tottenham – Saturday 11 November, 12.30pm

Bournemouth-Newcastle – Saturday 11 November, 5.30pm

Aston Villa-Fulham – Sunday 12 November, 2pm

Brighton vs Sheffield United – Sunday 12 November, 2pm

Liverpool-Brentford – Sunday 12 November, 2pm

West Ham v Nottingham Forest – Sunday 12 November, 2pm

Chelsea v Manchester City – Sunday 12 November, 4.30pm

The first match of the month to be rescheduled is Fulham v Manchester United, scheduled for Saturday 4 November at 12.30pm rather than 3pm due to selection for TV coverage on TNT Sports.

Newcastle-Arsenal will kick off at 5.30pm that day and will be shown live on Sky Sports, while Nottingham Forest-Aston Villa and Luton-Liverpool have both been moved up a day to Sunday.

Tottenham-Chelsea will be played live on Sky on Monday evening instead of Saturday.

Liverpool’s match against Brentford in mid-November was postponed due to the Reds’ participation in the Europa League

The following weekend, Tottenham will face Wolves on Saturday morning, November 11, starting at 12.30pm.

Bournemouth v Newcastle will be played on Sky later this evening, with Aston Villa v Fulham, Brighton v Sheffield United and Liverpool v Brentford all postponed until Sunday due to European competition. These games all start at 2 p.m.

However, none of the three matches will be shown on television as West Ham vs Nottingham Forest has been postponed until Saturday live on Sky.

Further changes to the meeting schedule later in November are expected to be announced soon.
