He criticized the Dutchman’s decision to play the ball to Mac Allister when he saw the midfielder surrounded.He said: “What I like about this goal is that they are all waiting for the trap, they are trying to trap Liverpool. They all have triggers for certain parts of the pitch. But as a player I’ve been in the situation Mac Allister is in and it’s a terrible ball to deal with and I feel like Van Dijk realized he didn’t want it.”Meanwhile, Reds legend Carragher has expressed concerns over Mac Allister’s defensive qualities.
