Jordan Pickford has had a brilliant season for Everton.
The 31-year-old played 37 matches in the Premier League, keeping 11 clean sheets and reaffirming his status as England’s number one.
The former Sunderland man has made over 300 appearances for the Goodison Park club and reportedly wants to sign a new deal due to his relationship with David Moyes.
It may be a summer of change under the Friedkin Group but the stopper is one player that the Blues simply cannot afford to lose.

Pickford is undoubtedly Thomas Tuchel’s number one between the sticks and that does not seem to have changed.

The Blues announced on X (23 May) that the veteran had been named in the England squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifier with Andorra (7 June) and a friendly against Senegal (10 June).
Branthwaite snub is wrong after Everton form
Branthwaite has been one of Everton’s best performers this season and it is a surprise that he has once again missed out on a call-up.
The ex-Carlisle man missed out on the squad back in March for the qualifiers against Albania and Latvia and he has been snubbed for the second time by the German.

The Everton men have had widely different Three Lions careers.
