In a recent interview with DAZN.com, Nadal expressed admiration for the duo but emphasized the importance of allowing them to forge their own legacies. “We need to wait,” Nadal stated. “This year already two Grand Slams for each of them. They’re creating their own story… They don’t need the comparisons with us. Let’s see at the end of their careers, then will be the moment to compare what they did and what we did.”

Alcaraz and Sinner have faced off ten times, with Alcaraz leading the head-to-head 6-4, including a victory in the 2024 China Open final. Nadal, who recently teamed up with Alcaraz at the 2024 Paris Olympics and will compete alongside Sinner in the upcoming Six Kings Slam in Riyadh, praised their early accomplishments and hopes they avoid injuries that have plagued his own career.
