The No. 1 Georgia Bulldogs are gearing up to start their 2024 season by facing the No. 14 Clemson Tigers in the Aflac Kickoff at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA. This game marks the first of five matchups against top-25 teams on Georgia’s schedule.

While Georgia is largely healthy, they may have to play without running back Roderick Robinson and defensive tackle Jordan Hall. Conversely, the Clemson Tigers appear to be in good shape health-wise.

During his Tuesday morning press conference, Swinney shared that although defensive backs Jeadyn Lucas and Shelton Lewis sustained injuries during camp, they are expected to be ready for the game. “Everyone’s ready to play. Everyone’s good to go. Good to go until you hear otherwise. Everyone’s day-to-day,” Swinney commented on the injury status.

The Bulldogs initially opened as 12.5-point favorites over Clemson earlier in the offseason. While the line has shifted slightly, Georgia remains the heavy favorite, currently sitting at -13.5 according to FanDuel.com.
