Howard Stern once upset by Aaron Rodgers slandering Jimmy Kimmel: ‘What a f*cking vicious thing to say.’
Howard Stern Criticizes Aaron Rodgers Over Jimmy Kimmel Comments…
Howard Stern has made it clear that he dislikes people who dismiss COVID-19 and those who spread harmful rumors about his close friend, Jimmy Kimmel, which has led to a conflict with NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
After returning from his holiday break and his first encounter with COVID, Stern addressed Rodgers’ recent comments about Kimmel. Last week, Rodgers appeared on The Pat McAfee Show and implied that Kimmel’s name might appear on the list of Jeffrey Epstein’s associates.
Stern expressed his frustration, saying, “What the hell is with Aaron Rodgers? It’s such a vicious thing to say. When someone isn’t clever and they’re in a feud, they just make up stuff nowadays. They create conspiracy theories. It’s outrageous.”
Stern and Kimmel share a long-standing friendship, often vacationing together. Naturally, Stern defended Kimmel after the ABC host was dragged into a public spat by a known conspiracy theorist.
“I got really angry about that,” Stern continued, referring to Rodgers. “You can’t just fabricate things about someone in a public forum… Aaron Rodgers wanted to attack Jimmy, so he made up something and called him a pedophile?”
Stern took nearly a week to address the issue, mirroring Kimmel, who also waited a week before responding to Rodgers’ suggestion that his name would appear on Epstein’s list, which it did not.
In response to Rodgers’ insinuations, Kimmel has threatened legal action and challenged the New York Jets quarterback to apologize. However, Rodgers is not known for admitting he was wrong or apologizing.
