Seattle Mariners Minor League pitcher Yeury Tatiz, currently playing for the Single-A Modesto Nuts in the California League, has been handed an 80-game suspension without pay after testing positive for Clomiphene, a performance-enhancing drug, in violation of the Joint Minor League Drug Prevention and Treatment Program.

Boston Red Sox Minor League pitcher Charlie Zink, who is on the roster of the Dominican Summer League Red Sox, has been issued a 56-game suspension without pay after testing positive for Stanozolol, a performance-enhancing substance, violating the Drug Prevention and Treatment Program for Minor League players assigned outside the United States and Canada.
