Ex-GN’R Manager Vicky Hamilton offer’ 90s Painting of Axl Rose to ‘Let All of Those Hurts Go’

Vicky Hamilton, the first manager of Guns N’ Roses who played a pivotal role in their early career, is auctioning a 1993 painting she created of Axl Rose. The painting, titled “Axl’s Glow,” was a personal project that helped her find closure after her relationship with the band ended. Hamilton first met Rose and Izzy Stradlin before they formed Guns N’ Roses, back when they were part of Hollywood Rose.

Impressed by their demo tape, she helped book their shows and secure a record deal with Geffen Records in 1986. Now, three decades later, Hamilton is ready to part with the painting, offering it to fans through an auction.

The sale also includes a letter from Hamilton about that period in her life and a signed copy of her autobiography, Appetite for Dysfunction. Bidding is open until August 26.
