The Browns never offered Flacco a contract, according to Joe Flacco’s agent, Joe Linta.
The Browns didn’t seem interested in bringing the 39-year-old quarterback back to any contract, and Winston has been their No. 1 quarterback this season.
EzoicThe reality is that Flacco is 39 years old and even though he played in the second round last year semi-well for the Browns, he still had a reason to sit on the couch at the end of the season.
Unfortunately, Flacco’s run had to end in a playoff loss to the Houston Texans, where he threw back-to-back picks.
However, every Browns fan is very thankful that he stepped in at a time when many people lost hope when the team was plagued by injuries.
