Browns QB Joe Flacco is a great pick for Player of the Year.

Joe Flacco is a great choice for Player of the YearCleveland Browns quarterback Joe Flacco surprisingly beat out Buffalo Bills quarterback Damar Hamlin, Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield and Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford to win the NFL Player of the Year award.

Flacco joined the Browns as a free agent at the end of the season, taking over the starting quarterback job after Deshaun Watson’s season-ending injury.

The Browns went 4-1 in five regular season starts, leading the team into the playoffs. While Flacco’s career has been positive for him and the Browns, it’s hard to see how that justifies him winning a major award.

Especially considering the other prospects in the league this season. The slam dunk pick was Hamlin, who returned to the field after suffering a heart attack in a game against the Cincinnati Bengals last season.

He hasn’t played a significant role in the Bills’ defense this season. He appeared in only 5 matches and scored 2 goals.

The counterpoint to this is that he almost died on the field and returned to NFL football the following season. Nobody comes back from anything else.

Also, if he wins, no one will question the result. However, it still has production and playability for the price.

Flacco produced more than Hamlin. But did he produce enough to win the award?

And what exactly did he come back from? He would be a logical choice, especially when comparing him to a player like Stafford.

Unlike Flacco, Stafford actually came back from a serious injury that was thought to be career-ending.

Not only did he play in all of them, but in one of the games of the season, he played at a very high level all year and was much better than he was a year ago when he was injured.

The only thing that brings Flacco back is that he is no longer signed as a free agent and is able to play at a slightly higher level than before.

This is a strange choice for voters. Flacco hasn’t played at a very high level and hasn’t come back from anything that has threatened his career.

These are usually the types of players who win prizes. Flacco didn’t fit in there. You just have to read:
