.Jalen Milro recently appeared on “The Next Round” and said that Michigan’s defense is better than Georgia’s.
Milro was asked about the defensive similarities between the Bulldogs and Wolves.
Michigan’s defense stood out for its physical defense of Milo.
Having the same players in defense as in recent seasons helps in this area.”I think they’re two different defenses.
“I think Georgia was tougher than Michigan, but I think physically it’s comparable,” Milo said.
“They’re both very physical and I think Michigan has a good defense because they’ve played together for a long time.
I think that’s what makes them successful and able to work well together. …
“There’s a reason I don’t lose.”After facing one of the nation’s best defenses in Georgia, Milo and company face another tough challenge in Michigan.
The Wolverines lead the Big Ten in points allowed (9.5) and rank second in yards allowed per game (239.7).
Milro had 2,718 yards, including 35 touchdowns, entering the Rose Bowl.
He and his teammates will head to Pasadena looking to beat Alabama and advance to the national championship.
