These Joe Flacco stats should get Browns fans excited heading into the postseason.

Cleveland currently has 9 games and 5 games remaining in the NFL season.

There has been no shortage of surprising storylines for the 2023 Browns, but none better than Joe Flacco’s couch-to-couch story unfolding before our eyes.

As the Browns get closer to making the playoffs, there’s one big stat that puts Flacco in the same league as Tom Brady.

Those two quarterbacks are tied for the most playoff wins in NFL history with seven wins.

This is important because Cleveland enters the playoffs as a wildcard team and will play any playoff game on the road.

As of now, the Browns will be the 5 seed in the conference when the season ends.

In Flacco’s 15-game playoff career, he’s put up very good numbers with 3,225 passing yards, 25 touchdowns and just 10 interceptions.

Most of those stats come from the 2012 Super Bowl. In that time, he threw for 1,140 yards and 11 touchdowns en route to a Super Bowl title.

There’s still work to be done before Cleveland qualifies for the tournament, but Sunday’s win was a big step forward.

At 9-5, Cleveland has a game ahead of every AFC team chasing a wild card.

A 10th win against Houston, the New York Jets or Cincinnati would feel imminent and secure a wild card spot for the Browns.

The first step is to get involved. Then we’ll get a chance to test Flacco’s skills in the postseason.
