The Browns humbled the Bears 20-17 and made history in more ways than one.

The Browns’ comeback against the Browns was a piece of franchise history when Dustin Hopkins delivered another game-winning touchdown.

Their magic has been tested to the limit this season, but Sunday’s 20-17 win over the Bears proved they’ve got some left.

Entering Week 15, the Browns had scored in the first two minutes to make it four wins.

Dustin Hopkins’ 34-yard field goal with 30 seconds left was Cleveland’s fifth game-winning score of the season. Five wins in the final two minutes of regulation is a franchise record in a season.

There may not be a better stat for Brown’s 2023 season. With numerous late-season injuries (now up to 14) and four starting QBs,Cleveland continues to find ways to win.

That philosophy has led him to a 9-5 record and a top wild card berth in the AFC with three weeks remaining.

That wasn’t the only story behind Chicago’s victory.

The Browns, who trailed by 10 points in the final stanza, scored 13 unanswered points to get past the Bears.

The undisputed comeback leader eventually completed 11 of 13 passes for 212 yards and his second touchdown of the day despite throwing three interceptions in the first three quarters.

Those 212 yards are the most by a Browns QB in the past 45 seasons. According to ESPN Statistics & Information.

Meanwhile, en route to 374 yards on the day (Flacco’s seventh-most in a single game of his career), the veteran tight end leaned heavily on two of his favorite targets, David Njoku and Amari Cooper, to lead Cleveland to a victory. LEDs.

The pair had 104 and 109 yards, respectively, marking the first time since 2013 that a Browns pass receiver gained more than 100 yards in a game.

The most recent combination of players to accomplish this feat is WR Josh Gordon and TE Jordan Cameron. It’s a very historic day in a historic season.
