CLEVELAND — Maroons Joe Flacco assumed a full-time starting role in Cleveland after Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, and he also earned praise.
Flacco was nominated for the Week 14 FedEx Air Player of the Week award after his performance on Sunday.
Against the Jaguars, Flacco went 26-for-45 for 311 passing yards and three touchdowns.
All three touchdowns were of at least 30 yards, making him the first Browns player to throw for 30 yards three times in a game since Browns legend Brian Sipe in 1980.
